8. Account deletion and meal deletion
- When you delete your account, we delete your personal data and your meal logs from our active systems, except where we are legally required to retain certain information for a limited period (for example, for security or legal reasons).
- You can delete individual meals and photos inside the app without deleting your entire account.
9. Children’s privacy
Portio AI is designed for users aged 9 years and older.
If you are under the minimum age required to use apps and online services in your country or region, you must not use Portio AI.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children who are not allowed to use such services under local law. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child who is too young under the applicable law, we will delete that data.
